Artist Stores at Amazon.com
Amazon.com new feature to help customers discover music called Artist Stores. They have launched over 60,000 Artist Stores at Amazon Music, across all genres.
I found all the artists that I searched for to test it out, including Coldplay, Bruce Springsteen, R.E.M. Check out Coldplay's artist store as a sample.
There are the full album discography of each artist, in all formats: CD, MP3 albums, MP3 tracks, Vinyl, and more. The page will also have artist biographies, images, and artist blogs, as well as community-focused features like discussion boards. If there are music DVDs available, they will show up too.
Amazon says that in the next few months, they will be adding even more features to these stores: related products like Books, and DVDs as well as event and mobile content
